Job Description:1. Responsible for online tutor interviews in India and other Aisan countries2. Responsible for the teaching quality of tutors, including but not limited to supervising and improving lessons, answering tutors’ questions3. Responsible for the conversion rate of tutors (the rate that tutor can convert trial listening student to pay for long term regular student)4. Responsible for the normal functioning of the faculty team.Work time:We have two shifts. Your work hours will be on these two shifts, taking turns with other managers.Early shift: 9:00-18:00 ISTLate shift: 13:00-22:00 ISTJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹35,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per monthEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:teaching/tutoring: 3 years (Preferred)managing: 1 year (Preferred)byjus: 3 years (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)
