Roles and Responsibilities
Exception handling in transaction processing
Maintain emplyee data
Track compensation and benefits benchmarking data
Manages compensation processes and reports
Performing salary reviews based on benchmarking data to ensure competitiveness
Conduct testing and incorporate the revised rates as per Band in the system
Generating scheduled/ ad-hoc reports
Query resolution
Skills Required
Good understanding of compensation and benefits admin, human resources processes (COE and Ops)
Proficient in MS-Office (preferably Excel)
Familiarity with current employment rules and regulations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent Analytical capabilities
Hands on experience with quantitative and qualitative research
familiar with compensation lifecycle
