Our team is looking for awesome agents whose responsibility it is to ensure we provides the highest possible quality of service for our clients and customers, within the ridesharing and semi-truck driving industries over the phone.
Responsibilities
Obtains client information by answering telephone calls and verifying information. Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements. Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information. Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems. Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures. Updates job knowledge by studying new campaign updates; participating in training opportunities. Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Communicates excitement about opportunities available to the client.
Compensation
$10.50/hour (DOE) + Commission (Commission generally adds $3 – $9+ to hourly pay).
Shifts for this position are: 8-12,12-4
