Full Job Description :-
Working hours are 4:00am – 12:30pm. Under the direction of the management team, responsible for driving trucks of food and equipment to the campus residential restaurants and other delivery sites. Gather and load supplies according to daily production sheets, deliver goods, unload supplies, and gather return items. Prepare food items, such as salads, deli meats,and marinades, according to standardized recipes and approved preparation and production methods. Ensure that all food items are completed and delivered according to schedule. Adhere to food handling and sanitation guidelines. Responsible for customer satisfaction and to relay customer input to management. Assist with other duties in the kitchen as needed.

1. Ability to read, understand and speak English sufficient to determine and carry out job duties.

10. Ability to measure dry and liquid food stuffs in units of measurement such as cup, pint, quart, pound, and oz to properly adhere to recipe and production requirements.

11. Knowledge of the rules and procedures of sanitation and safety as they apply to production, storage and service within a food establishment.

12. Basic culinary skills and a good understanding of culinary terminology.

13. Ability to stand, climb stoop, push, stretch and crouch for extended periods of time as required to complete job duties.
