Job Summary

As our Chief of Staff, you will be working directly with the CEO to improve processes and drive execution of action items and top priorities to help Solera reach its next evolution of growth. What You’ll Do:

Improve the processes for preparing the CEO for key meetings, speeches, events
Plan and facilitate executive team planning sessions and drive execution of action items and top priorities agreed upon by the CEO and executive team
Improve processes and management operations; establishing clear cross-functional processes across various teams to bring a product to market and selling it effectively and amplifying the message across all forms of media.
Manage and execute special projects, leading change through operational and process improvements.
Lead strategy exercises and development; including research and creation of strategic and deal decks,
Drive improvements on positioning the company with major market players, investors, potential investors, to the board, and prospective partners.
Lead all Board preparations with CEO
Provide decision support through research, analysis of information, and clear presentation of considerations

What You’ll Need:

4+ years of operations and/or strategy work
Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
Management consulting experience (e.g. McKinsey, Bain, BCG, etc.) or a fast growing startup preferred
Experience using data to analyze performance and drive strategic decision making
Proven capabilities in evaluating operational gaps/ weaknesses
Experience building Board presentations – must have strong presentation/deck development skills
Ability to synthesize large amounts of complex information. and synthesis of lots of complex information are two critical skill sets
Healthcare experience is required; preferably with payer experience and/or digital and/or value-based care.
Experience working with and exposure to finance, data analytics, operations, and product

Where you are located:

This is a remote position and will require travel to other corporate locations as needed.
