Position Description Position Title: – HR GeneralistLocation: – ChennaiEmployment Status: – Full-timeThe company: Southern Cross Group India Pvt Ltd, Off-Shore BU of SCGS Pty Ltd, Australia.The role: We are currently seeking a HR Generalist to join Southern Cross Group team full-time. TheHR Generalist will be responsible for overseeing the HR and recruitment processes, and will report to the HR Manager.Key Operational Tasks and Responsibilities: Oversee the recruitment and induction processManagement of disputes and grievances raised by employees, including investigation and reporting.Update HR policies, procedures, programs, templates and forms as required.Promote new or updated HR initiatives and processes to key stakeholders.Provide advice to Managers and Supervisors on best practice recruitment and employee relations, including performance management and disciplinary processes.Answer employee queries in relation to employment conditions and pay rates.Build and maintain relationships with Managers, Supervisors, Employees, Clients and other stakeholders.Assist in return to work programs.Monitor succession plans, performance management plans, and training/development programs.Conduct Exit Interviews.Assist in compiling documents and reports, and participate in conciliations, conferences and hearings.Key Selection Criteria: Minimum 1 years’ experience in HR Generalist role.Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources.Considerable knowledge of Human Resources principles and practices and applicable state and federal laws.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality.Ability to work autonomously with strong organisational skills.Excellent presentation skills.Intermediate to advanced level skills with MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹120,000.00 – ₹200,000.00 per yearBenefits:Food allowanceLeave encashmentProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusShift allowanceYearly bonusExperience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
