About the role
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, and Operating Plan. You thrive on making performance more efficient and scalable by working closely with the Business team in setting up cost metrics, develop a risk management framework. If you have a knack for analytics and relevant experience with NBFC, Bank, or in a financial service organization then reach out to us for further process.
What You will do
1. Active involvement in the preparation of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting and Operating Plan.
2. Assist in monitoring performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of variance.
3. Co-ordinating with various stakeholders to obtain cost projections / estimates and analyze variances compared to actuals.
4. Ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
5. Assist in preparing MIS and other monthly reports for top management.
6. Assist in commercial negotiations and Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies
Qualifications
What you will need
1. A chartered accountant with 1-2 Years of experience
2. Big 4 experience or experience in Financial Services sector is a plus
3. Ready to work in a dynamic start-up culture
