Personal Assistant
This is a part-time, 2-day per week position and work hours are approximately 10:00 am – 5:00 pm.
The candidate must be trustworthy and maintain confidentiality as they will be privy to sensitive information. The ideal employee is highly organized, knows Microsoft Office, is familiar with iPads, iPhones, PDF documents, and can drive occasional errands.
The proprietor may occasionally need the employee to be present and therefore maintain a professional, respectful demeanor during social and family engagements.
The right candidate will maintain the utmost moral standards, be respectful, patient, kind, have high self-awareness, excellent listening skills, and be detail-oriented.
Duties include and are not limited to:
Attend to the various personal needs of the proprietor.
Answer phones
Manage a calendar
Sort mail
File and general clerical responsibilities
Run occasional errands
Assist with iPhone/iPad
Internet shopping.
Maintain QuickBooks
Type letters
Other duties as needed
Compensation – depends upon experience
The work location is near Houston Country Club in Houston, Texas.
Requirements:
Fully vaccinated
Proficient at Microsoft Office
Proficient keyboard speed
Proficient with iPad and iPhone
