Post – Personal Assistant/ Financial AssistantRESPONSIBILITIES:1. The candidate will stay in-house.2. Get work done from concerned person (follow-up)3. Attend the phone calls appropriately.4. Work closely and maintain smooth functioning.5. Coordinate and Maintain a schedule of appointments.6. Maintain confidentiality of information.7. To maintain records accurately with filing information.8. Act as a point of contact.9. Greeting and directing visitors, answering questions, and responding to complaints and requests.10. Planning and preparing for office events, such as meetings, conferences, and promotional activities.11.
