Essential Safety PPE is seeking a General Manager to join the team in Houston, TX. If you are a dedicated and self-driven individual with previous management experience, then we look forward to communicating with you!
Essential Safety PPE manufactures surgical and isolation gowns for the government and hospital systems. Authorization to work in the US is a MUST
This position will solely report to the President & CEO. Our ideal candidate for this role would be someone who possesses:
Ability to multitask in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Excellent verbal communication and written skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Professionalism with a positive workplace attitude
Primary Responsibilities:
Plan and manage operations of day shift & the handover to night shift manager.
Work with multiple departments to develop strategies to maintain employee productivity.
Quickly resolve problems on the fly.
Be able to lead a large qauntity of individuals.
Schedule and lead manager meetings to discuss updates, feedback and create solutions.
Train, guide and mentor employees; assisting Human Resources.
