We are onboarding a new client and for that, we are looking for leaders who are responsible, approachable, and of course, fun! 6+ years of experience in the same field
Background in performance & media houses
Must have Paid Media experience
A good relationship with media houses is a must.
Develop digital paid strategies and media plans for prospective and current clients that focus upon the client’s goals and opportunities.
Work with internal teams to oversee and monitor ongoing campaign performance, ensuring campaigns are executed properly and according to client expectations.
Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and offer recommendations based on data-driven evaluations to improve the campaigns.
Accurately develop, implement, and manage successful paid media campaigns, demonstrating revenue/lead goals,efficiency, and volume to ensure high profitability across channels.
Ability to recommend opportunities for profitable budget expansion opportunities.
Develop media budget recommendations that align with client goals and strategic plans.
Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies.
Take part in pitches and tenders to win new clients and accounts.
Sharing creative input on ideas and campaigns by having primary experience in managing& interacting with online consumers and brands.
Responsible for Strategic monthly connects with brand side Marketing Heads.
Keep tabs on competitors. Track and conduct competitor analysis to assist in providing data for a comprehensive understanding of the competitors & their brand performance on digital media platforms.
Must be able to close long term partnerships with 3rd party media houses
Acing quarterly reviews with strategy, way forwards and insights
integrating digital assets, and Map out how digital assets will be optimized for business results.
Raising brand awareness, collaborating on marketing campaigns and measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of digital channels
Engage with clients, sales teams, and management.
Define and action digital event.
Professional-level proficiency in English
Advanced knowledge of Social Media Channels, Digital Media and Online Marketing, abreast with latest industry trends, marketing campaigns and the next viral video trend
Proficient in content marketing theory and application maintains excellent writing and language skills
Must be thorough with analysis requirements and ABCs of the Google analytics
Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, analytical & collaborative skills
Highly organized to be able to handle multiple deadline-driven projects and workflows
Able to manage and accommodate the team members
Should have a keen eye for detail
Tool integrations for every step of the digital implementation
Analyze and report on digital campaigns.
Analyze customer and user data.
Post Graduate, Graduate or holder of UGC approvedDiploma in Mass Media / Marketing Communication / Advertising or equivalent
Certification in Digital Media / SEO / SEM / E-commerce will be added bonus
