CornerStone Staffing is in search of a Benefits Administrator. Do you have experience with FMLA, LOA and 401K? Ideal candidates will have 1-3 + years of experience. If this is you, apply today!
Benefits Administrator
Pay: Up to $29 an hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30 – 5
Dress Code: Business Casual
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Position Responsibilities:

Administer employee benefit programs in compliance with carrier contracts;
Facilitate communications and transmission of accurate data between the company, employees and health and welfare and voluntary program vendors;
Respond to employee questions regarding benefit and 401(k) plan provisions and enrollment changes, notify vendors of necessary changes related to Qualifying Life Events when appropriate;
In conjunction with external vendor, process COBRA notifications and maintain related records according to regulatory requirements;
Develop benefit communication materials, conduct new employee benefit orientation and open enrollment education sessions;
Perform various audits and reconciliations to ensure compliance with benefit plan eligibility requirements and applicable regulations;
Coordinate employee leaves of absence with employees, managers, and third parties; and
Assist with other projects as a member of the Human Resources team

Qualifications:

One to three years of experience in a benefits administration position with a multi-location employer;
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred;
Demonstrated experience presenting benefits information to groups of employees as well as responding to individual employee inquiries;
Current knowledge of federal and state employee benefit regulations maintained either through formal education or self-initiated study;
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to form relationships with employees at all levels and with external parties;
Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc); and
Exceptional ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the work.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: Up to $29.00 per hour
Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
